AI Disclosure

HUIO is an AI-powered translation platform. Every translation produced by the Services is generated by large language models ("LLMs") operated by third-party providers and integrated through the Lovable AI Gateway. No human translator reviews your text before it is returned to you.

We currently route translation requests to models in the Google Gemini family (including Gemini 2.5 Flash). We may add, remove, or substitute providers and models at any time to improve quality, latency, or cost. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

When you submit text for translation we transmit that text, the selected source and target languages, and minimal request metadata to the AI provider strictly to generate the translation. We do not transmit your email, password, payment data, or unrelated profile information.

Translations are stored in your private history inside our database so you can review them later. You may delete individual translations from your account at any time.

We do not authorize our AI providers to train their foundation models on your prompts or translations. Where providers offer a "no training" data setting for API traffic, we use it. We never sell your content.

LLM translations can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or culturally inappropriate. They may hallucinate names, numbers, legal terms, medical dosages, or technical instructions. You are responsible for reviewing every translation before relying on it in high-stakes contexts such as legal, medical, financial, safety, or government communications.

HUIO provides translations on an "as is" basis and disclaims warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree not to submit content that:

• infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• contains malware, exploit code, or attempts to manipulate the model;
• describes or facilitates illegal activity, child sexual abuse material, or violent extremism;
• includes sensitive personal data of others without lawful basis.

Every plan includes a documented translation allowance. Trial accounts are limited to a small number of translations to evaluate the product. Paid plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy: sustained automated, scraping, or resale-style usage may be throttled or suspended.

Because translations are produced automatically, you have the right to request human review of any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect for you under applicable law (including the EU AI Act and Peru's data protection framework).
