AI & Real-Time Translation Disclosure

HUIO uses artificial intelligence for real-time translation and for optional features such as persistent transcription and AI Summary. No human reviews translations before they are delivered.

To deliver translation, the audio required may be temporarily processed to recognize speech, translate it and generate the translated output.

Realtime translation does not by itself mean HUIO permanently records the conversation.

Real-time speech and translation processing is currently performed using Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) realtime models. HUIO uses no automatic real-time fallback provider.

• Speech recognition may make mistakes.
• Translations may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• Names, numbers, technical terminology, accents and noisy environments may be misinterpreted.
• AI transcripts and summaries may contain errors or omissions.

Critical legal, medical, financial, contractual, safety or other important information must be independently verified. Automated translation may not replace a professional interpreter when high accuracy is required.

We do not authorize our AI providers to train their models on your content, and we do not sell your content.
