HUIO is a real-time multilingual communication platform that allows direct calls, group calls, meetings, conferences and live conversations with automatic AI translation, in addition to optional functions of recording, persistent transcription and AI Summary.

Invited people can participate via link, code or QR without creating an account, when the organizer enables it.

You must provide truthful information, keep your credentials confidential and be responsible for the activity carried out from your account. The service is not intended for minors without authorization from their legal representative.

Session roles are host, moderator, speaker, audience and temporary_speaker. The permissions associated with each role are determined and applied on the server; the client cannot grant permissions to itself.

Raising your hand is a request to participate, not a guaranteed permission to speak. The audience can enter in listen-only mode, and the microphone and camera can remain disabled until authorization exists.

• Falsify or escalate roles, or manipulate URLs to obtain privileges.
• Access without authorization as host or moderator.
• Force the publication of microphone or camera.
• Evade session capacity limits.
• Evade HUIO Minutes consumption or billing controls.
• Access sessions without authorization, impersonate identities or commit fraud.
• Distribute malware, carry out phishing, attacks on the service or automated abuse.

Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors. See the AI Disclosure. HUIO does not replace a professional interpreter when high precision is required.

Recording, persistent transcription and AI Summary are optional functions independent of each other and disabled by default. The organizer is responsible for informing participants and complying with applicable regulations before activating them.

HUIO supports remote, in-person and hybrid conferences, as well as meeting rooms and live conversations, with guest access via link or QR, listener mode, host and moderator authority, promotion and revocation of temporary speakers and language selection per participant.

Published participant limits are for reference. Effective connectivity may depend on the plan, network, device, video use, regional availability and external infrastructure, so they do not constitute an unconditional contractual guarantee.

Access is provided through plans and consumption of HUIO Minutes. Payments are processed through external providers, currently PayPal and dLocal depending on the country and enabled method. A browser redirect does not constitute payment confirmation: confirmation is the one registered by the provider and validated by HUIO.

HUIO may restrict or suspend sessions or accounts when reasonably necessary for security, regulatory compliance or enforcement of these conditions.

The service is provided "as is" regarding the accuracy of translations. Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights recognized by applicable consumer protection regulations. These terms are governed by the laws of Peru.
